VIKTOR is in the scale-up phase and is currently working with an interim CFO. We are ready to scale up further and hire a permanent CFO who will primarily focus on the upcoming challenges: internationalization, a new funding round, and setting up a solid finance team that can scale with the rest of the organization.

At the start, you will take on the entire finance spectrum, from operational tasks to serving as a strategic sparring partner for the founders and everything in between. You will build your own team along the way.

In addition to core financial responsibilities, you will also be involved in strategy and commercial aspects. You will develop business strategies into a financial business plan with different scenarios, considering and advising on international expansion, pricing, and financing rounds.

You will also provide business support, challenging management and P&C on the hiring plan, compensation plans, and budgets. You will challenge Sales and Customer Success on pipeline data and structure and analyze business data to support business decisions and metrics. You will have an active role in ISO, privacy, ESG, and sustainability matters.

Your profile
  • Proven experience in financial leadership roles at SaaS companies. Preferably early member of a growing team, part of financing rounds and internationalization

  • Combining a strong strategic mindset with a practical, hands-on approach

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to cultivate strong relationships at all levels of the organization
