Your profile
  • You easily connect with different people at all levels, people like to talk to you 

  • You are customer-oriented and see commercial opportunities, both in the short and long term

  • You have an engineering background so you can quickly understand our customers and think along with them

  • You have affinity with software, digitization and engineering automation and are eager to advise companies on these topics

  • You are able to analyse metrics of usage and have a data-driven approach towards improvements

  • Experience with enterprise customers is an advantage, as is experience within a SaaS environment

  • You speak and write English and Dutch fluently

Our mission is being the world-wide leader in creating and delivering software development tools for engineers to unlock their real potential. Our customers are enterprise companies. Engineers in and outside the Netherlands use the VIKTOR platform to create applications. You are in constant conversation with digital leaders to evaluate the current collaboration. You ensure that all stakeholders (managers, users, developers) are happy and excited to expand the use of VIKTOR within their company. You think along with new developments for which VIKTOR can be used. You are involved in the entire digitization process and because of this you make high impact on the digitization of our customers and the entire engineering industry.

You work together with sales, application development and marketing. Together you form a multidisciplinary team that works together to have the biggest possible impact.

We are in a very interesting period of scaling up and internationalization. So you can really have a big contribution to the company and help with the further design of the Customer Success process.

It's about what you deliver. How, when and where? That's up to you. From our inspiring office or from your well-facilitated home office. First take the children to school in the morning or do some sports in the afternoon and then get back to work full of energy. Do what works best for you.

Healthy work-life balance

Of course you have a very nice job at VIKTOR ;). But other things are important too, such as family, friends and hobbies. Working overtime is avoided as much as possible. With 28 days off, we hope that you have enough time to do everything you love. If 28 days are not enough because you want to make a world trip, that is possible too!
