Our mission is being the world-wide leader in creating and delivering software development tools for engineers to unlock their real potential. To realize this, you are in constant dialogue with the target group. You know what is going on in the engineering industry and find out where VIKTOR can provide added value. You can make a valuable contribution to a growing (sales) team. With international ambitions you think along with us about how we can achieve our goals. You are eager to get the best out of yourself and the team. You work together with the Sales Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, Customer Success and Marketing. Together you form a multidisciplinary team that works together to have the greatest possible impact. You get energy from closing deals and you are creative in thinking about how you will achieve your goals. We've worked hard to get the company ready for scale. That is about to happen in the coming months, so there are many new leads and developments coming up to which you will contribute!

Your profile
  • You are an independent thinker, creative and proactive in finding the best solutions

  • You are familiar with the engineering / construction market

  • You know how to reach and engage the right people

  • You speak and write fluent English and Dutch

Flexibility

It's about what you deliver. How, when and where? That's up to you. From our inspiring office or from your well-facilitated home office. First take the children to school in the morning or do some sports in the afternoon and then get back to work full of energy. Do what works best for you.

Healthy life-work balance

Of course you have a very nice job at VIKTOR ;). But other things are important too, such as family, friends and hobbies. Working overtime is avoided as much as possible. With 28 days off, we hope that you have enough time to do everything you love. If 28 days are not enough because you want to make a world trip, that is possible too!
