As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and organized People & Culture & Office Support colleague who will help create a great employee experience across the company.

About the role

We’re looking for someone who enjoys supporting people, organizing things behind the scenes and making sure everything runs smoothly. Someone who gets energy from creating structure, bringing people together and helping build an environment where colleagues feel welcome, supported and engaged.

As People & Office Support, you’ll be the right hand of the Head of People & Culture and an important part of the daily life at VIKTOR.

You’ll support across HR operations, recruitment coordination and office management, helping ensure our people processes run smoothly and our office remains an inspiring place to work. From contracts and onboarding to team events and office coordination, you’ll play a key role in supporting our team and helping shape a positive employee experience.

This is a true scale-up role: dynamic, hands-on and varied. No two days are the same, and you’ll have plenty of room to take ownership, learn and grow alongside the People & Culture team.

What you’ll do

HR & People Support

  • Draft contracts and support with HR administration
  • Process leave requests, sick leave and salary changes
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding of new colleagues
  • Be the first point of contact for practical HR-related questions

Office & Employee Experience

  • Organize lunches, team activities and company events
  • Book travel and accommodation for colleagues
  • Help maintain an organized and welcoming office environment
  • Support with day-to-day operational tasks
  • Contribute to a positive, energetic and connected culture

Recruitment support

  • Coordinate interviews and hiring processes
  • Support hiring managers and the People team with recruitment activities
  • Help create a smooth and positive candidate experience
Your profile
  • You have experience in HR-administration

  • Organized, proactive and detail-oriented

  • You enjoy supporting others and making things run smoothly

  • You’re accurate and know how to unburden your colleagues and have experience in supporting high-level management

  • Comfortable switching between different tasks and priorities; you enjoy working in a dynamic scale-up environment

  • Your fluent in both Dutch and English written and spoken.

  • Available 32 hours per week at the office

It's about what you deliver. How, when and where? That's up to you. From our inspiring office or from your well-facilitated home office. First take the children to school in the morning or do some sports in the afternoon and then get back to work full of energy. Do what works best for you.

Healthy life-work balance

Of course you have a very nice job at VIKTOR ;). But other things are important too, such as family, friends and hobbies. Working overtime is avoided as much as possible. With 28 days off, we hope that you have enough time to do everything you love. If 28 days are not enough because you want to make a world trip, that is possible too!
