What will you do


Responsible for HR administration like drafting contracts, salary administration and sick or holiday leaves


Assisting CEO and CSO in daily tasks


Provide support with certain projects by booking hotels and airplane tickets, organizing office events or other legendary activities


Co-responsible for maintaining the office presentable


Act as point of contact for colleagues concerning the office facilities, administration, etc


Leave some room for ad hoc questions and tasks

In your case, as People and Culture Support, you’re an unmissable part in making sure everything runs smoothly on the background! Within your scope of responsibilities, you make sure that all the i’s are dotted, your colleagues are stress free on their flight to their international clients and that management is up to date with their appointments, among other tasks.

The People & Culture team is a small group of two people who work hard to make sure that everything runs smoothly in the office. We are responsible for HR from a-z, organizing company events, learning & development and office management. We are a team of very social individuals, knowing our responsibilities and not afraid to help each other out where needed. With frequent meetings we steer our team into the direction of achieving the awesome!

Your profile
  • Pragmatic, creative and proactive in supporting your colleagues

  • You’re hospitable and accessible for your colleagues and guests at the office

  • You’re accurate and know how to unburden your colleagues and have experience in supporting high-level management

  • You have experience in HR-administration and have a bachelor-degree (or working on it)

  • Your fluent in both Dutch and English written and spoken.

  • Available at least 32 hours per week

Of course you have a very nice job at VIKTOR ;). But other things are important too, such as family, friends and hobbies. Working overtime is avoided as much as possible. With 28 days off, we hope that you have enough time to do everything you love. If 28 days are not enough because you want to make a world trip, that is possible too!
